What is 2-Step Verification

With 2-Step Verification you can add an additional layer of security to the sign-in process and protect your account from online hijacking. In addition to ordinary Username and Password you can use your Dongle or Box as a special Authorization Key (Token) for additional authentication. Any Infinity-Box Box or Dongle can be used as a Token, f.e. Main Infinity-Box, Infinity-Box [BEST] Dongle, Infinity-Box CDMA-Tool Dongle.

Note: If you do not have an Infinity-Box product you can order special cheap Infinity-Token Dongle from your reseller.

How to enable 2-Step Verification

1. Sign in to your Infinity Online Service account with your Username and Password

2. Go to “Settings” menu, you will see “2-Step Verification” is “Off”

3. Click to “Off” to change 2-Step Verification to “On”

How to sign in with 2-Step Verification

Note: Be sure that you have your Box or Dongle or Token connected to PC

1. Sign in to your Infinity Online Service account with your Username and Password.

2. You will see 2-Step Verification page

3. Download and run Token software4. Copy “ID” value from page “ID” field to software5. Click to software “Calculate” button6. Copy “Token” value from software to page “Token” field7. Click to “Login” button to finalize process
