IDFPR and complete the renewal process.
Visit the IDFPR Real Estate Managing Broker Renewal Website to submit
your renewal application.

Your User ID is your NRDS number Click here to find your NRDS number
Your Password is your last name (Ex: Chapman) with only the first letter capitalized.
If it is your first time logging into the system then you will be prompted to change your password.
If you have used the system before then you may have already
changed your password from your last name.
