Scope of Improvement
Inspecting the sheets before printing Few sheets are found defective in the
final lot It introduces wastage of costs of ink,
electricity, labor etc.
The storekeeper can check defective sheets beforehand
Scope of Improvement
Quality variation due to miscommunication at times in the factory Job sheets may lead to
miscommunication due to lack of training
Proper training should be provided to the workers
Scope of Improvement
UV processor machine is rarely used & occupies place in the inventory This reduces the amount of inventory
which can be stored
It can be kept near the generator room which will be more convenient
Scope of Improvement
Movement is blocked at times because sheets are laid for drying
It blocks a walking path & may even harm the prints
A new construction can provide a better place for drying as the campus is spread over 1 acre
Layout
Colour Graphics follow process layout.
Scheduling
It follows Earliest Due Date (EDD) scheduling mechanism.
THANK YOU….
