Combined General is representing WuZhou Valve Co., Ltd, which is a technologybased professional valve manufacturer. Currently wuzhou valves has twoproduction bases – one in WenZhou and the other in JiaXing near Shanghai. With aland area of 125,900m2 and 356 employees including 78 senior & intermediatetechnologists, they have CAD & Solid works Development-Design-ManufacturingSystem and the ERP Corporate Resource Planning & Control System. With 126 setsof machining centers, CNC machine tools, and metal cutting & machiningequipment, 45 sets of physical and chemical testers, nondestructive inspectors,spectrum analyzers and valve comprehensive performance testers, as well as 22hoisters and conveyors, they can do all the process in house.

We have 10 major series of products totaling 1,200 varieties and specifications ofhigh temperature, high pressure, high wear resistant and large-diameter ballvalves, gate valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, oreslurry valves, power station valves, as well as non-standard and special valves withauxiliary devices for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, light industry, coalchemical industry, power station, urban construction, water supply, oil, gas andnatural gas transportation, long transportation pipeline and other projects.

Today Pipelineman employs more than200 people and has an impressive list of accreditations including ISO9001,ISO14001, GB/T28001, etc.

Pipelineman has designed and manufactured pipeline constructions equipment,such as pipe layer, pay welder, pneumatic internal line-up clamp, induction heatingand hot tapping equipment, etc.

Offering total solutions for transportation and distribution of oil and gas pipeline,Pipelineman is a cohesive group of independently operating companies.Pipelineman offers high levels of technical support to its clients. Combined General is representing Shandong Molong Petroleum Company, which isa leading international supplier of seamless pipes and tubes of all grades anddimensions with more than 60 years of product and business expertise. In theirwarehouse, they stock seamless pipes up to 24'' in the high and low-temperaturerange. The pipes are according to ASTM and API in the complete schedule series. Inaddition they keep seamless pipes for structural application with high yieldstrength up to 1,000 psi on stock.

Steel pipes and tubes can be manufactured in different methods, the mainmethods are electric resistance welding (ERW), fusion welding (EFW), doublesubmerged arc welding (DSAW) and seamless pipe manufacturing (SMLS). Theseamless pipe manufacturing process starts with the transformation of rawmaterials into steel bars. In different types of rolling mills steel bars are formed intoa solid round shape, called billet, which is heated and pushed or pulled over apiercing rod producing a hollow tube or shell. Mechanical Interference ConnectionThe Zap-Lok system relies on an engineered mechanical interference connection between a cold-expanded "bell-end" and an opposing, slightly larger "pin-end". The process derives its strengthfrom the metal-to-metal friction generated as the two ends are hydraulically pressed together andhighly compressive forces are transferred from the bell-end onto the pin-end-permanently holdingit in place.

End PreparationEvery Zap-Lok joint is carefully prepared and inspected to ensure the highest connection integrityin the field. Our quality control procedures confirm that every heat of pipe meets both APIdimensional tolerances and our own Zap-Lok specifications, thus reducing a large percentage ofcomplications that commonly occur during construction.

Pipe is shipped from the distributor to one of our global facilities, or alternately pipe can beprepared on-site at the mill or Tuboscope plant. The pipe ends are then prepared to Zap-Lokspecifications. Zap-Lok and External Coatings When working in corrosive environments, extra caremust be taken to prevent potential holidays from developing in the protective coating layer duringtraditional girth welding. By eliminating the welding requirements of exposed bare steel and high-heat, Zap-Lok connections allow for a continuous holiday-free coating layer, free from a heat-affected weld zone.

Thecompany's two step HSAW pipe mill is equipped with world class (GE Make) NDTs andLaboratory facilities.
