The patented MARKINGenius® is a high speed desktop printer thatcan produce labels up to 15 times faster than a traditional penplotter system. HIGH SPEED THERMAL PRINTERS

The Rolly 1000 is a very high speed thermal printer thatprints on inexpensive reel labels for all types of industrialapplications. With a high quality resolution of 300 dpi, theRolly 1000 can print over 130,000 wire marker tags with justone ribbon at a rate of 1000 tags in less than two minutes.Ribbons are available in black and several other colors andthe fact that the Rolly 1000 operates quietly and without pensor ink makes it ideal for use in any office environment.

PEN PLOTTER

The classical, inexpensive ink-pen plotter system has been usedreliably in industrial applications for many years. The plotter

system is ideal for small quantity print jobs and for use inthe shop where you can maintain operation and print

MARKINGenius® is an exclusive automatedprinting system, designed to satisfy all require-ments for equipment identification in the electrical field according to CEI 16-7 ed. 1997-06 standard. All media in the MARKINGenius®range can be printed, with Windows True Typefonts, in black and over 4,000 other colors.

High speed printing is complemented byincredibly long-life ribbons capable of printingmore than 150,000 cable tags with no mainte-nance. MARKINGenius® reproduces Clipart images,drawings and bitmaps down to very smalldimensions.

MARKINGenius® thermal transfer printer isquick and easy to install on your PC via LTP orUSB ports. Compact, quiet, clean and remark-ably easy to operate, like any other standardink jet or laser printer, it is ideally suited to usein the office, although its robust design makesit equally suitable to a workshop situation.

Each ribbon can produce around 150,000markers with full surface coverage, while theMARKINGenius® state of the art economizersystem can increase ribbon life significantly,depending on the actual coverage of the mark-ers. This important feature of hardware man-agement allows the user to calculate exactlythe cost of each card of printed markers, simplyby measuring the print coverage, therefore giv-ing the user a true printing cost.

The ribbon economizer system also optimizesprinting times, since while printing speed isconstant and independent of the complexity ofgraphics or the number of fonts used, theactual printing time for any project depends onthe percentage coverage of the printedmedium. Printing can be completed in aslittle as 9 seconds per card.

For full-color printing with the CMY ribbon(cyan, magenta, yellow), the MARKINGenius®three-color fusion process enables a very largenumber of colors to be obtained up to 4,092and use of Windows NT, 2000 or XP isrecommended to optimize color output, sincethe driver has many more set-up optionscompared to Windows 95/98.

Three interchangeable support templatesprovided with MARKINGenius® are simply slot-ted onto the carriage as appropriate to thematerial being printed. The MARKINGenius®unlike its competitors on the market does nothave any warming up time or positioningprocess, so once you turn on theMARKINGenius® it is ready to use.

Another feature with the MARKINGenius® thatseparates it from the competition is thatprinted markers are immediately usable, theink from the ribbon dries at the moment ofprinting, enabling the markers to be installedwithout any drying time.

PLOTTER SYSTEM

PLOT SYSTEM consists of a flatbed A3 plotter, support templates for different mediaand easy to use Windows-based software, in two versions: “advanced” and “basic”.

The PS-PLT template supports sheets of PLOT SYSTEM tags, markers and legends,presented in “stem” format, designed for the identification of cables, terminal blocks,control gear, push buttons and many other components.

The PS-PLL template supports all PLOT SYSTEM labels and marker plates, presentedsingly or in sheet format, rivet fixing or self adhesive for component and equipmentidentification, as well as wraparound and self adhesive cable markers. 17.5 modularlegends are printed using the PS-PLM template.

MARKINGenius® cable tags type MG-TPM and terminal block markers MG-CPM mayalso be printed on the plotter using the template PS-MGP.
