–Mounting ConfigurationStandard Series
Weld Mount (STW)
Bottom plate is welded to structure. This is the most common mounting method.
Bolt Mount (BAP)
Bottom plate is bolted to structure. The plate is extended and has elongated mounting holes
Double Weld Mount (DOW)
Bottom plate is welded to structure and is a single plate. Other components are all individual. Allows removal of one particular line if needed. All clamps must be of the same group size.
Group Weld Mount (GRW)
Bottom plate is welded to structure and is a single plate. Other components are all individual. Up to 4ft. length available. All clamps must be of the same group size.
Product OverviewRail Mount (RAL-1)
Clamp is mounted to a rail (RAL-1) using RCN-1 rail nuts or STW weld plates. Multiple group sizes can be mounted next to each other, unlike GRW weld plates. Rails can be welded or bolted in place.
Rail Mount (RAL-0)
Clamp is mounted to a rail (RAL-0) using RCN-0 rail nuts. Weld Plates cannot be used in RAL-0 rails. Multiple group sizes can be mounted next to each other, unlike GRW weld plates. Rails can be welded or bolted in place.

–Mounting ConfigurationStandard Series
Strut Mount (UCN)
Clamp is supplied with strut clips that adapt to standard strut channels. Multiple group sizes can be mounted next to each other.
Stacking kit
Stacking kits include everything needed to take any clamp and bring it up one level higher. Maximum of 5 tiers allowed.

Double Heavy Weld Mount (DWP)
Double Heavy clamps are welded in place just as the single heavy. They allow double the vibration reduction and clamping strength of a Single Heavy.
Rail Mount (RAL-4)
Clamp is mounted to a rail (RAL-4) using RCN rail nuts. Multiple group sizes can be mounted next to each other. Rails can be welded or bolted in place.H3-H5 uses RCN-7H6 uses RCN-8H7 uses RCN-9
**H8 and larger not rail mountable.
Single Heavy Weld Mount (SWP)
Bottom plate is welded to structure. This is the most common mounting method.
Rail Mount (RAL-2 and RAL-3)
Proprietary rails allow for mounting of clamps with weld plates, similar to RAL-1 in Standard SeriesH3-H5 uses RAL-2H6 uses RAL-3

Product Overview
Short Saddle
Only fits under the pipe. There are 2 locator pins that will fit into holes drilled in the support structure. This series is only available in polypropylene material.
Long Saddle
Longer Saddle extends past the u-bolt and has through holes for the u-bolt to pass through. This is the most common saddle used. HDPE and High Temp Nylon materials available
