    DialSaver : Overview

    DialSaver 2.0 is a multi-line/ multi campaign auto dialer program that can dial up to50000 phone numbers per day on each configured E-1 depending upon the messagelength/call duration. DialSaver 2.0 automatically dials phone numbers that are contained inyour database. When a dialed party answers, DialSaver 2.0 plays a selected pre-recordedvoice file to the listener. If an answering machine is detected, DialSaver 2.0 pauses untilthe machines greeting has played and then records the selected message on the answeringmachine similarly in case of Voicemail activated on any number the system wait for thebeep and then play the message. DialSavers automatic dialing starts and stops based onschedules configured by the administrator via the Control panel. Multiple schedules forweekdays, weekends, and holidays can be configured and Administrator can alter campaigntype by just selecting one campaign type among 6 mostly used campaigns.

    Dial Saver Engine

    PEC DialSaver ver2.0 uses Insight IVR as Call Handling Engine. Insight IVR is built on a

    software platform that has been developed over the last 25 years. The product has beenproven around the world to be flexible, robust, and reliable. This platform supports multipletelephony signaling.

    Scheduler

    Scheduler is an application that allows Administrator to create customized out dial scheduleaccording to user need, for example if any campaign require that dialing should be started

    from 11-Feb-2009 to 25-FEB-2009, between 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM, then this can bescheduled using the Scheduler. DialSaver engine start the process of dialing for one ormore campaign as per the Schedule set by the administrator and stop as well.

    Using this Scheduler, multiple types of

    campaigns can be created, This feature of

    DialSaver 2.0 make its Unique from other

    products available in the market. User can

    select a Campaign from multiple available

    campaigns according to the need. This can

    be done by simply clicking Campaign

    Setting tab of the scheduler window. PECDialSaver 2.0 offers 5 different types of

    campaigns which are widely used and can

    fulfill user common needs.

    Single Prompt: This campaign is offered to

    the user who wants to play a single prompt

    to the customer.

    Multiple Prompt: This campaign is offered

    to the user who wants to play multiple

    prompts to the customer.

    Single Prompt with single input: This

    campaign is offered to the user who wantsto play a single prompt with a single

    customers DTMF input.

    Single Prompt with Multiple input & Live

    Agent Transfer: This campaign is offered

    to the user who wants to play multiple

    prompts with the customers DTMF inputs

    and optionally transfer the call to an Agent.

    Single Prompt w ith Voice Response

    Record: This campaign is offered to the

    user who wants to play a single prompt and

    allow the customer to record a voice

    response back.

    Report Viewer

    Report viewer is an application module built-in with Dial Saver 2.0 to view the campaignsdialing reports. This module is fully Web enabled which makes it globally accessible over theInternet. The user can view or use this reporting tool from any where in the world. This

    application provides complete calls report in summary or in detail. All the reports can beexported in multiple formats like text, excel, PDF and etc.

    This report viewer can run on the same/local machine where PEC DialSaver 2.0 databaseserver is installed and can also run from any other machine from any where using LAN, orURL connectivity, the only thing required is the connection details and this applicationautomatically connects with PEC DialSaver 2.0 database server.

    For all out dialing, there are three different

    types of reports available.

    1. Call Status Report : Call status is a

    report, where all the numbers are displayedwith their corresponding status (i.e. Open,

    Connect, Busy, etc.), with last try date &

    time and line number.

    2. Call Detail Report Call Detail Report is

    the complete call log of any number. When

    and how many times a number is dialed

    and what was the response at that time.

    3. Call Summary Report This is the main

    MIS report of DialSaver 2.0. This report is

    generated on daily basis for each schedule.

    DialServer

    PEC DialServer is an important component of PEC DialSaver 2.0, which provides databasesupport to Insight IVR for making outbound calls. To perform outdial operation, thiscomponent must be running.

    Import Utility

    Import utility is a utility program which is used for importing data from each possible datasource and stores it to DialSaver database for out dialing. This also supports DND (Do Not

    Disturb) data upload in the DialSaver database.

    PEC Data Import Utility is a component of

    PEC DialSaver 2.0, which is designed to

    import data from every possible data source.

    This tool help user to import data to PEC

    DialSaver dialing Database which is stored in

    MySQL database. PEC Import Utility can

    import Data from following available datasources:

    Microsoft Access (*.mdb) Microsoft Excel (*.xls)

    MySQL ODBC DSN SQL Server ORACLE Text (comma separated, tab separated) Other (Available Database Drivers in the

    local machine)
