The idea to develop the System appeared in Engineering and Consulting Center Promtechbezopasnost, LLC. For more detailed information please visit the web-site www.ikcptb.com .
The idea was born out of intent to develop a convenient, easy-to-use and highly effective instrument aimed at solving tasks related to IOS management. And we succeeded in it!

In 2008 ECC Promtechbezopasnost, LLC concluded the first contract with Kaustic, JSC to develop the Automated Industrial and Occupational Safety Record-keeping, Recording and Information Exchange System. It was successfully executed.

Considering the experience gained and the current development of IT-technologies, a decision to update the software developed using WEB and AJAX technologies was made. Objective was to provide maximum comfort, convenience and immediate response of the System to the users actions. The software was almost entirely reissued and considerably updated. At the same time a decision to separate this line of business was made. In 2009 Intellectual Technology Implementation Company, LLC (Brealit, LLC) was established.
