• Union Southampton (University of Southampton Students’ Union) has over 24,000 members from all kinds of different backgrounds and represents your voice on issues at local, national and international levels.
• Us. is run by students, including 7 full-time Sabbatical Officers who are elected each year.
• 7 Full-time Officers
• 28 Student Leaders
• 4 Student Trustees
• 2 Councillors (Union Council)
• Halls life

• RAG – Charity Fundraising
• Media: Surge Radio, SUSUtv, Wessex Scene, The Edge
• Advice Centre, SUSU Lettings, Nightline etc.
• Over 300 different student groups, including over 80 sport clubs, 30 performing arts groups, and a wide range of societies

Responsibilities
• Attending SSLC meetings – at least 3 per year, 1 per term

• Gathering and relaying feedback
• Be one of the strategic leaders on your course, shaping the direction it moves in
• Actively engage, listen and connect with students
