Aqua Moves incorporates traditional aqua fitness exercises with body toning, cardio conditioning and exhilaration! Aqua Fit: Aqua Fit is a fast-paced, aerobic workout beginning with shallow water walking for a warm-up, progressing into skipping, jogging and running through the water using water dumbbells for resistance; 30-35 minutes of aerobic exercise then advances into strengthening in the shallow and deep water using dumbbells, kick boards and pool noodles. If you want to WAKE UP and work hard, this class is for you! Aquasize: This program is a great class for those 55 and older. It’s also a great class for those with joint pain, arthritis, auto- immune diseases and more. It is fast enough to get the heart rate up, yet paced to increase flexibility, range of motion and overall body strength. H 2 O Aerobics: A challenging and fun mix of cardio, core and muscular endurance plus strength training. Class includes deep and shallow water moves, games and circuit training for a complete workout. Family Swim Times: Children age 0-13 are allowed to use the indoor pool area during these times (Fridays 3:00pm-10:00pm and Saturdays/Sundays 12noon-close) with direct parental supervision. Children must be on the membership to use family swim times for free. Non-member children brought in during family times need to pay the child day fee of $7.00. Only children age 7 and over may use the steam, sauna or Jacuzzi facilities due to HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS! Club requires children to exit pool 15 minutes prior to family time ending to shower, dry off and exit club in a timely manner. Lap Swim: Lanes will be scheduled for lap swimming at various times throughout the day. There is no lap swimming if a class is scheduled, regardless of class size. During designated lap swim times, no “bobbers” or “floaters “should be using the lap lanes. Those doing their own exercise routines, other than laps, may utilize the area of the pool by the stairs as long as it does not disrupt the lap swimmers. May- August
