DESCRIPTION

Enhanced protection high bay for general illumination of large indoor and outdoor areas, available with aluminum reflector for focusing light or transparent reflector for diffused illumination. BELL is a simple and convenient solution for 1:1 ratio replacement of metal halides or sodium high-bays. The high luminous output, the durability of material, the excellent heat dissipation and the anti-corrosion surface treatment make BELL suitable even for intensive applications.

INSTALLATION SPECS

Suspended mounting through hook. Ideal installation height: 4-7 m from ground.

MATERIALS

Black powder varnished die casting aluminum power supply box with anti-corrosion handling painting. High thermal conductivity extruded 6063 aluminum heat sink with surface black anodic oxidation and anti-corrosion treatment. High light transmission (rate over 95%) protective lens shaped with optical angle, made in high temperature resistant PC (max 300°C). High-purity aluminum reflector (optics: Medium) with spinning processing after stamping, reflective surface with sandblast anodic oxidation and anti-corrosion treatment. Transparent PC reflector (optics: Transparent). Hexagonal 304 stainless steel screws and silicone gaskets. Neoprene 3 x 1 mm2 power supply cable. IP66 internal power supply unit. Lathe aluminum hook for suspended installation with anti-corrosion handling black painting and fixing screw. Optional lower glass cover for further protection of the inner reflector surface.

Industrial plants, warehouses, load areas, canopies, commercial galleries, stores, circulation open areas.Bell can replace metal halides high bay (Bell 1 80 W instead of MH 150 W, Bell 2 120 W instead of MH 250 W, Bell 3 200 W instead of MH 400 W) with an impressive power saving (– 56/59%) and a severe reduction of operation and maintenance costs.
