FITNESS CENTRE:

Fitness Centre is functioning in the Square 3 & Square 1 Boys’ hostel and Circle 3 & Dormitory Girls’

hostel. Qualified fitness instructors are available for men and women in both morning and evening on

all the days except Sundays to guide the persons. The Centre focuses its attention on maintaining and

developing Physical fitness, weight reduction and body building. Modern weight machines like four

station& single station multi gym for upper extremity and lower extremity for pull down, Chest press,

leg press, arm curl, Abdominal crunch are available for exercise full body. Other equipments like

Tread Mill, Elliptical Cross Trainer, Rowing Machine, Bicycle are also available to develop the aerobic

fitness.
