M/s.Indo Marine Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd payable at Pune within the validity period of our quotation andfor the

delivery of the equipment as per the delivery time quoted.DISCOUNTS:

No discounts will be offered on this Price List.

DELIVERY:

12-14 weeks for John Deere Skid Steer Loadersfrom the date of receipt of your confirmed Purchase Order

and receipt of payments.

PAYMENTS:

100 % of the CIF value of the Equipment shall be payable either vide D.D drawn on Indo Marine Engineering Co.

payable at Pune. All banking charges your account.

FREIGHT:

The prices quoted are inclusive of Freight to JNPT Port, Mumbai from Ex-works US for John Deere Skid SteerLoaders. The Sea Freight Charges are calculated as a convenience for the buyer but without obligation to the

vendor. Actual Sea Freight will be charged on the Invoice.

INSURANCE:

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE:
