Disposal ProhibitionIC 13-20.5-10-1Disposal restrictionsSec. 1. After 2010, a covered entity may not knowingly do any ofthe following:(1) Mix or allow the mixing of a covered electronic device orany other computer, computer monitor, printer, or televisionwith municipal waste that is intended for disposal at a landfill.(2) Mix or allow the mixing of a covered electronic device orany other computer, computer monitor, printer, or televisionwith any waste that is intended for disposal by burning or incineration.
