What is Stress?

Life is an interaction between your mind (internal world) and the external world. Both are constantly trying to influence each other.

When the internal world is stronger, you are in peace, there is harmony.

When the external world is stronger i.e overpowers the mind. Stress is generated. When stress crosses the limit, there is strain.

Asanas & Meditation helps you to cope with stress.
