STOPAQ anti corrosion system Stopaq has been approved in ADNOC group companies as the best coating system for the underground pipelines and for offshore fittings, splash area zones. AAT is a certified STOPAQ applier company- see attached certificates. AAT application teams excuted many projects for ADNOC group of companies. Breif Methodology/Procedure: The purpose of the STOPAQ application is to provide the best possible description of the way in which STOPAQ products have to be applied on hot rolled steel pipline/fittings. Application which complianced with STOPAQ procedures validate the 30-year STOPAQ corrosion preventative system guarantee. STOPAQ corrosion preventative system consists of 1 layer 2 mm thick of STOPAQ Wrapping , 1 layer of 0.08 mm thick Polyethylene foil and 1 layer of 0.4 mm thick of PVC outerwear tape. STOPAQ Wrappingband is wrapped with an overlap of 1 cm (irrespective of the width of the wrappingband), and the PVC outer tape is wrapped with an overlap of 50% of the width of the PVC tape. Because of the overlap percentage of 50% of the PVC outer wrap tape, a double layer is created of the width of the PVC tape. A surface preparation grade for the application of STOPAQ Wrappingband of ST2 is required. This requirement refers to surface of hot-rolled steel. According to STOPAQ Europe ST2 is a thorough wire-brushing.where all loose mail scale, rust, and foreign matter to be removed, then the surface of the substrate is cleaned by dry cloth. The surface should have a faint metallic sheen 9 no Anchor pattern is required).

Environmental Cleaning and Protection
HVAC Duct Cleaning UAE tough climate forces population to stay indoors most of the time, relying on ACs and Ventilation systems to breath. These systems get polluted and unhealthy if left without hygiene maintenance. And hence many health problems arise like Asthma, Allergy, Respiratory Infection, Cough, Cold, and skin Rashes. Over the years, AAT has developed an effective procedure of Duct & AC cleaning following the international standards procedures and specifications. [ HVCA, NADCA, ASCS] : Methodology:
1. Preliminary site visit. To choose the effective procedure. 2. Live Camera Inspection for the internal duct. 3. Protect the client’s furniture and finishing prior to cleaning 4. Dismantling of Ventilation Grills and Filters and to be cleaned with Environmental
Friendly Chemicals. 5. Mechanical cleaning is to be done using manual and rotary brushes and high
efficiency suction units. 6. Chemical sanitizing/Cleaning to be done using environmental friendly chemicals. 7. Cleaned Ventilation Grills and Filters to be fixed back. 8. The work area to be cleared totally with safe disposing of used material and
chemicals. 9. An official report will be made containing photos for the duct before and after the
cleaning, and certificate.
68
HSE AAT team will follow all the needed measures and standards to comply with HSE, we can mention here:
• Make sure AAT team wears special uniform, gloves, safety helmet, safety shoes, mask, and goggles.
• Teams go on scaffolding make sure to wear safety Haness. • All time supervision • Work wastes to be disposed via municipality waste disposal dumpsters, and /or
respective client’s record. • Thank God, no accident/incidents have been reported in the last 5 years.
Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning
Kitchens produces large amount of oil and grease that accumulates on the exhaust duct network, blowers, and fans. Some of these fire hazardous grease and oil pollute the duct network with bad and non hygiene odors. National Fire Protection Association NFPA states that the kitchen hood and duct shall be extracted to bare metal. Following international standards and complying with HSE standards, AAT has developed effective and economical procedures to remove the Hazardous Oil and grease substances from the hood and duct network: For safe efficient and healthy Kitchen AAT recommend:
Cooking Types
Cleaning Frequency
1 Wood or charcoal burners Once every 1 Month
2
Fast food stoves / Hamburger
Once every 2 Months
3
Hotel, hospital, cafeteria Stoves
Once every 3 Months
4
Pizza Stoves, snack bars stoves Once every 6 Months
5
Electric Non cooking stoves like Kettles Once every 12 Months

Methodology:
1. Preliminary site visit. To choose the effective procedure. 2. Live Camera Inspection for the hood all the way to exhaust fan. 3. Protect the client’s furniture and finishing prior to cleaning 4. Dismantling of Filters (stainless steel filters, UV filters, & ecology filters) and to be
cleaned with Environmental Friendly Chemicals. 5. Combined of chemical and mechanical cleaning (strong detergent along with hard
brushes and scrapers). 6. Dismantling of exhaust fan and clean it as stated earlier – No 5. 7. For vertical ducts special technique is to be done. 8. The work area will be cleared, waste will be disposed. 9. An official report will be made containing photos for the duct before and after the
cleaning, and certificate.

Water Tanks and Fluid reservoir cleaning Unfortunately, Water tanks are ignored and over looked, resulting in high contamination of soil scales, dead creatures, and some types of bacteria; causing health problems and weak supply of clean water. AAT provides a unique cleaning procedure to maintain the tanks healthy and complied with municipality health codes Methodology:
1. Preliminary site visit. To choose the effective procedure. 2. Visual inspection and germ test to be conducted before start the cleaning. 3. High flow vacuum pump is to be used to empty the tank. 4. High Pressure pump to be used with proper nozzles. 5. Food grade detergents to be used 6. Disinfection procedure to be carried out.
70
7. Proper flushing 8. Water refill 9. Germ test to be conducted again 10. An official report will be made containing photos for the duct before and after the
cleaning, and certificate. HSE
