Step 2 Type the following: First Name Last Name, InDe-sign Project #8 Test. Center it in 18-point Times New Roman. (you will color it in the next step)

Step 3 Go to your Color Palette. Create a new colorwith the following combinationL (C) Cyan 0, (M) Magenta 100, (Y) Yellow 50 and (B) Black 25. It should look kind of dark pink. This is the color for your name.

Step 1

Open InDesign. Create a file that has 6 pages. Click on your left Master Page. Create your page number in 14-point Times Centered. (text box, then Type/Insert Special Character/Marker/cur-rent page number)

Step 4 Click on the text you created. Copy it, then pasteit onto your right Master Page. Copy your page number from left Master and paste it onto your right Master. Now go to your page 1.

Step 5 Create 5 columns. Click your T tool. Get somegreeked text by going to Type/Fill with Place-holder text. You can copy paste lots more until you have enough.

Step 6 After you have lots of text, go to Apple/Y (storyeditor view). Select All (Apple/A) and change your text to justified (even on both sides). click out

Step 7 Arrange your text so that it fills your five col-umns. Use your rulers if you need to to keep your text even at the top of the page. (drag them down from the ruler at the top)

For this project you are going to use a combination of lots of different things that you should have already learned in Ado-be InDesign. If you get stumped on a section. Go to Lynda.

com for help. You may have to search for some of the answers to get this assignment accomplished.

Step 13 Now click on your teapot and move it to the rightside so that the text flows around it and is easier to read. You’ll have to change your “force field” by click on your text wrap again and dragging the small dots until they make the text on the right side go away (see example).

Step 14 Now click on Page 2 and create 4 columns.Placethe filed called: 13_03_v2.eps) GraphicFiles/LAPS/InDesign InDesign Project 8 columns(it’ s a logo for a tea company.

The Text Below Was Brought in From the Outside.“Over the Rainbow” (often re-ferred to as “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”) is a classic Academy Award-winning bal-lad, with music by Harold Ar-len and lyrics by E.Y. Harburg.[1] It was written for the 1939 movie The Wizard of Oz, and was sung by actress Judy Gar-land in her starring role as Dor-othy Gale.[1] It soon became her signature song, and one of the most enduring standards of the 20th century. About five minutes into the film, Dorothy sings the song after failing to get her aunt and uncle to lis-ten to her relate an unpleasant incident involving her dog, Toto, and the town spinster, Miss Gulch. Dorothy’s Aunt Em tells her to “find yourself a place where you won’t get into any trouble.” This prompts Dorothy to walk off by herself, musing to Toto, “’Some place where there isn’t any trouble.’ Do you suppose there is such a place, Toto? There must be. It’s not a place you can get to by a boat, or a train. It’s far, far away. Behind the moon, beyond the rain...” at which point she begins singing.“Over the Rainbow” (often re-ferred to as “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”) is a classic Academy Award-winning bal-
