The transaction will be voided or credited depending on its transaction date; this is automatically determined by the software. If the transaction date is from the current day and hasn’t settled, it will be voided. If the transaction date is any other day in the past, which has settled, it will be credited. The system will issue a void/refund for the FULL amount of the original payment. The refund will be submitted to the client’s credit card. If necessary, you can process a new payment with a different amount.
