Are You an Environmentalist?

Have you ever met someone who said NO?Shouldn’t we really be asking:

“If there was one thing you could do that would……make the air cleaner than getting rid of your car,

… conserve more water than by not showering,

…save more energy than unplugging your refrigerator...

…heal the earth more than not sending trash to land fills,

… would you be willing to do it?*

We ask: “Are You an Environmentalist” But isn’t that the wrong question?

The water, fuel, land, food and air resources provided by

the earth are limited.

The meat industry is responsible for the most inefficient use of those resources and since 1950meat consumption has increased by 500%. The antibiotics, cattle waste, crop pesticides, and fertilizers used to produce meat have chronically polluted the environment we rely on for survival.
