Position Name: Local Coordinator

Job Description:

By taking into account the local reality of Cali, the Local Coordinator will have to identify different social issues that could be treated throughout Impactful Social Projects. With the guide of the VP IGCDP in Charge, the Local Coordinator will have to structure and execute these Social Projects for Q1/Q2 in company with its team. All the members have to be involved in all activities in order to assure a correct development of all of them. The Local Coordinator will be capacitated in Raise, Match and Delivery with the VP IGCDP and Alumni.

Main Functions:

1. Be aware of all the local events and news, searching for possible opportunities to structure a Social Project. 2. Structure Social Projects according to the IGCDP products in order to make them attractive, achievable and sustainable. 3. Know all the IGCDP products and have a strongly believe in them. 4. Have at least once a week a Coordination Meeting, monitoring the members development and having co creation times. 5. Plan, manage and coordinate proposals for possible project sponsors. 6. Support Members in the Raise, Matching and Delivery processes. 7. Participate in Activities of the area such as team buildings, team days, trainings and coaching sessions, etc.

8. Compliance with minimum membership.

9. Create an action plan for the coordination, clear and structured goals and budget.

Ensure compliance with the responsibilities of members of their team, conduct effective delegation, and tracking the needs of its

members by the LP and CP.

Job Description:

By taking into account the metropolitan reality of Cali, the Regional Coordinator must be able to identify different social issues that could be treated throughout Impactful Social Projects. Job Description:

The Trainee Manager will prepare all the stuff concern to the trainees daily life in order to give them an excellent quality internship. The trainee Manager must know all the trainees and their needs, he/she must program an turist agenda for them to know the Valle del Cauca. The Trainee Manager must be in frequent contact with the Program Manager and be aware of all the trainees activities.

Main Functions:

1. Coordinate EduAction Host Program

2. Coordinate the transport of the trainees with the ER and the Program Managers.

3. Coordinate the food provide with the VP IGCDP

4. Be aware of the trainee’s arrival and departure.

The K&M Manager will be in charge of the effectiveness of the project in students, principals, Gerdau Volunteers and Trainees. The K&M Manager will work with participants in sharing and measuring their XP impact, bringing a feedback to the processes and showing the results to the AIESEC in Cali Committee and Valle del Cauca community. The K&M manager will work by giving support to the rest of the EduAction Managers and giving them the instructions from the Global Office of EduAction.

The ER manager must be in charge of the Hosting Campaign and the Alumni relation with the project. As well, the ER Manager, must make an agenda for the trainees and give it a strict following. Also the ER Manager must create several activities that involve the trainees, the community and AIESEC, sharing their XP’s. Work closely with the ER local Manager.

Main Functions:

By following the instructions from the Project Managers in Brasil and the VP IGCDP, the ER Manager must have to structure the agenda of the schools in the project and give it a strict following. He/she will be the only person that will communicate directly to principals and teachers. Also the ER Manager must create several activities that involve the trainees, the community and AIESEC, sharing their XP’s by the hand of the Knowledge & Communication Manager.

Main Functions:

1. Structure the agenda of the schools by the hand of the Program Manager

2. Give a detail tracking to the school’s agenda

3. Solve any trouble between the Trainees, School and Gerdau Employees.

4. Plan and Execute several Global Villages (search for sponsors, place and promotion)

5. Watch that the JD it’s being accomplished by the School and the Gerdau Agents.

6. Be the person who will manage the relationship with the schools principals and teachers.

7. Implement a tool by the hand of marketing for measuring impact in the schools (teachers and students)

Job Description:

Manage and support the team in charge of the TM program in the process of talent(Performance Assessment, Promotion, Goals Setting and Orientation, motivation and Rewards & Recognition ) the TM is to support the development of these activities throughout LC.

Main Functions:

1. Monitoring and management strategies to improve the implementation of these processes.

2. Work closely with the TM assessor, in the implementation of performance talent.

3. Run TM measurement tools

4. Find forums that allow RR to RR & TM highlights

5. Manage and execute the evaluation of the minimum membership.

6. Meet the minimum membership

7. Attend weekly team meetings and biweekly with VPTM.

Job Description:

Manage and support the team in charge of the program of TL in the process of talent (Performance Assessment, Promotion, Orientation and Setting Goals, motivation and Rewards & Recognition ), also support the development of these activities in all LC.

Main Functions:

1. Monitoring and management strategies to improve the implementation of this process, working with

the TM program Assessor DEVELOPMENT Working hand in hand with TL assessor, in the implementation of talent performance.

2. Run TL measurement tools

3. Find forums that allow RR to RR & TL highlights

Manage and execute the evaluation of the minimum membership.

4. Find allies to give us sponsorship for giving gifts to the TL work hand in hand with finance, that would allow a pro award the TL Q

5. Meet the minimum membership

6. Attend weekly team meetings and biweekly with VPTM.

Report to: Local Training Team Cordinator

Job Description:

This team should seek to develop the membership through the LEC and different schools that create spaces that are challenging and encourage the delivery of the value proposition for the TM and TL programs, they must also create opportunities for union with the GM and the EB so that they live their TL process as well

Main Functions:

1. Working hand corner with the LD to create a local training program that is tailored to the needs of the TM and TL LC, achieving

the appropriate development of skills and abilities of the members of AIESEC in Cali.

2. Making alliances with different partners, capitalizing on these relationships that allow for development of the membership.

3. Hold meetings every 15 days with the TL review the development of its roll as TL

Managing leadership school

4. Manage facis school

5. Support in the zonalito

6. Create an action plan, track team members, good delegation of work and monitoring staff motivation

7. Compliance with minimum membership.

8. Attend weekly team meetings and biweekly with VPTM.
