It is possible to get recognized for more than one volunteering experience(you must fill out one form for each of your volunteering experiences). INTRAMURALS - WEDNESDAY: Congratulations to the De-fending Champs as they go back to back for the 2013 Intramural Basketball season. In a hard fought 31-27 vic-tory over G10. The team will now take time to recoup and hope to come back for a 3peat in the 2014 season. Thanks to all who made it a great season!!

Free TutoringLEARNING CENTER: Most of the learning center tutors are now booked. If you need a tutor, you can request one, but know that you will be placed on a waiting list until a tutor will become available. There are still a few spots left for ongoing tutoring in French and An-thropology, so sign up soon! To request a Learning Center tutor, speak to Doreen Kelly in B309 or send her a Mio.

WRITING CENTER: Tutors want to encourage all Champlain students to become confident writers. We can help you to plan your essay, im-prove a rough draft or edit your work. We also help with other home-work assignments including oral presentations. The Writing Center is open from Monday to Friday. You can drop in for help or reserve an hour ahead of time. For great results, come prepared and ready to work. We are in the library, on the second floor, in B307.

FRIENDSHIP AND COMMUNITY TIES (F.A.C.T.) RECRUITING: Partici-pate in one of the most fun and rewarding volunteer experiences at Champlain! The F.A.C.T. club is looking for students who are pas-sionate about promoting awareness regarding inclusion and disabili-

ties. Come participate in activities such as going to the cinema, bowling, doing Yoga, etc. with students from the Adam’s P.A.C.E. program. First year students are strongly encouraged to sign up! ORGANIC GARDEN VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: This year marks the 5th year of our ORGANIC GARDEN on campus and we need your help! MCGILL FEST - INTRAMURAL SPORTS TOURNAMENT: Friday April 12th at 6:00pm is the annual McGill fest Intramural tournament at Mc-Gill College. Champlain College will compete against Vanier, Dawson, Heritage, Marianopolis and John Abbott in Soccer (Co-ed), Basket-ball )Men’s and Women’s) Dodgeball (Co-Ed), badminton (Co-Ed) and volleyball (co-ed). The fee is $10 per player and includes a t-shirt and some munchies after the tournament. All Champlain students are welcome but you cannot play the sport that you competed in intercol-legiately.
