Why Is Inclusive Education Essential?

• Financially and practically impossible to create separate education system

• Inclusive education system at all levels

• Quality and free primary education and secondary education on an equal basis with others

• Reasonable accommodation

• Effective individualized support measures

• Qualified teachers
