Servicing All main machinery has been regularly serviced by a

New Holland dealership.

The Sale Ground Heading South on the A1 approximately 8 miles Southof Markham Moor junction, take the exit for Carlton –on – Trent. Cross over the A1 on the B1164, followingsigns for ‘Ossington’. After approximately ¼ mile turnleft (south) signposted Norwell where afterapproximately 1 ½ miles the sale may be found on theleft hand side.

Heading North on the A1 approximately 5 miles Northof Newark, take the exit for ‘Cromwell’ and proceedup Main Street before taking the first left turning ontoNorwell Lane signed ‘Norwell’. Continue along NorwellLane for approximately 1.7 miles. On entering ‘Norwell’,take the first right by the village hall and follow thatroad North for approximately 0.7 miles. The sale groundwill be found on the right hand side.

To the Sale signs will be posted on the Sale Day.

For those using Sat Navs, the postcode does take you directly to the farm.

Car Parking Allocated car and lorry parking will be sign posted.Parking is limited and therefore early arrival at the saleground is recommended. Limited loading facilities maybe available on the sale day.

Buyer’s Slips All potential purchasers are required to register at thePay Office where they will complete a Buyer’s Slip andobtain a Buyer’s Number, thus enabling them to takepart in the Sale.

Payment Terms a) All lots must be paid for on the sale day.

b) Strictly Cash of Banker’s Draft. Cheques are onlyaccepted by prior arrangement with the Auctioneersand or accompanied by a letter from the purchaser’sbank stating the amount up to which the cheque willbe honoured.

c) No lots will be allowed off the sale site unlessaccompanied by a receipted invoice and/or chequesare cleared.

Buyer’s Premium There is no Buyer’s Premium

VAT VAT (where applicable) will be payable in addition tothe purchase price at the standard rate applicable onthe day.

Note: Any items being exported will be liable to pay

VAT in full until proof of export has been received. On

receipt of a stamped export license, the VAT will be

refunded into the buyer’s bank account.

Clearance of Lots All small lots should be cleared on the day of the salewith the proviso they are paid for. Larger lots must becleared from the sale by 5pm on Thursday, 2nd

December 2010. In order to facilitate immediateclearance it is recommended that successfulpurchasers bring to the pay office, or make priorarrangement with Fisher German accounts staff, forbanker’s reference support of cheques or to bringletters of credit or banker’s draft to the sale ground. Nolots will be allowed off the sale ground unless clearedfunds.

The Auctioneers and Vendors will not accept anyresponsibility or liability for the loss or damage of anylots left on the sale ground and all purchasers arereminded they are entirely responsible for any lotpurchased at the fall of the hammer and must haveappropriate insurance cover.

Any loading assistance provided is entirely at the risk ofthe purchaser and neither the vendors, their agent,employees or loading contractors accept any liabilityfor any loss or damage occurring during any loadingprocess.
