WELCOME

It is a great pleasure to welcome you all to the annual Investor Relations conference in Copenhagen. Ahead of us lies a full day’s programme with a strong line-up of speakers, who will provide insights into some of the important IR topics of today and tomorrow.

In many ways, we live in times of rapid change with global reaching consequences. This of course, also has an impact on Investor Relations; hence the con-ference title “IR – in times of change.”

The objective of DIRF is to support a strong IR network in Denmark, help our members be on the forefront of developments and help you perform in your jobs as IR professionals.

Part of succeeding as an IR professional relates to being on top of key issues. To help you all do so, we pay close attention to international developments, global IR trends and regulatory events with the aim of putting them into a Danish context while planning the conference.

This year, new regulations, investor movements and an increasing focus on cyber security and risk

management receive a great deal of attention – all in addition to the traditional IR topics.

Therefore, keynote speakers, panel debates and sponsored sessions will help you keep up to date with the latest developments. You will also hear and take part in discussions, which will help you prepare for what is on the agenda now and in the coming months. Furthermore, DIRFdagen offers you unique networking opportunities and a chance to visit ex-hibitors displaying the latest IR services during the breaks – so don’t miss having a talk with our confer-ence supporters offering valuable insights.

Thank you all for attending DIRFdagen 2017 and for making this important event a success. A special thank you to our sponsors and partners, whose sup-port make it all possible, and to everyone who have helped plan and organize the event.

We hope you will enjoy the day and make the most of it: Interact openly with your many IR colleagues, specialists and other participants, engage actively in the debates and Q&A-sessions, and don’t forget to share your IR experience with your peers.
