In the Jaws documentary the questions have been edited out of the final documentary, this is a code and convention of documentaries as the questions are very rarely included in the interviews and the audience only hear the answers. Also a number of different people have been interviewed in the documentary including the author, screen writer, actors and directors which gives the opinions of various cast and crew member about the movie.

Graphics have been used in the documentary to tell the reader who the interviewees are in each interview. The name of the interviewee has been made larger that there profession. Their name is on the first line and their profession on the second. They are also to different colours white and yellow.

Archive material of scenes from the Jaws film have been included in the documentary as cutaways from the interviews, and it relates to what they are taking about in their interviews.
