03. All the officers should ensure proper take over and hand over of charge' List of all

urgent and time bound *it.rs, pertaining,to the important and necessary work should be

handed over to ther officer taking over the charge by the officer handing over the charge'

The officer should also make a note for the successor on issues of current importance,

urgency of actionable points, criiical issues as envisaged in DOP&T OM No'

13024 / 01' /2014-TnG[Trg-RefJ dated 26.09'201'4

04. The principal Commissioner/Commissioner concerned shall ensure that if any of the

officers whose nalne has figured'in table above to this order is/are not cleared from

vigilance angle, he/'she should not be posted to a sensitive charge as per vigilance policy'

05. Officers mentioned at Sl.No.102t'o lA7 are transferred on their own request hence they

are not entitled for any joining time and transfer TA/DA.

06. All officers mentioned above must be relieved immediately and they must join at their

new place of posting on or before;27.05.2016. No representation whatsoever shall be entertained

before they join at their new place of posting.
