DEFENDANTS' AMENDED PRE-TRIAL MATTERS

COMES NOW the current Defendant / Counter-Claimant Pastor Martin Lindstedt

(hereafter in person described as "Pastor Lindstedt") and to the limited extent possible for Roxie

Fausnaught and The Church of Jesus Christ Christian / Aryan Nations of Missouri (neither of

which are within the jurisdiction of this local Lake County Court except within the fevered

delusions of Bryan Reo - now a licensed attorney and perjurous officer of this Court (Bar #

0097470) and furthermore Roxie Fausnaught has never been served) to post Pre-Trial

Matters that since this is the thirteenth or so trial date has already been sent in, such as the 7

August 2018 Pre-Trial Statement and other matters before the old trial judge Collins. Nothing

much has changed other than that Bryan Reo has had some of Pastor Lindstedt's youtube videos

concerning this case(s), especially one of Aug. 14, 2014 in which Reo is threatening to

impoverish destroy Pastor Lindstedt from out of Christian Identity) taken down or threatened

legal action against Youtube so that they were put on warning in the US and not visible in the

United Kingdom and 26 other countries. Pastor Lindstedt' s entire channel was taken down along

with 10,000 other pro-White channels on j ewtube-caust Wednesday 5 June 2019.

Around 1:50 pm Pastor Lindstedt collected the mail and found three envelopes of what

Lindstedt thought would be Reo trial exhibits. Instead they were Bryan Reo's ridiculous jury

Instructions. They propose to prove that a semi-literate 400-lb 63 year old bed-bound woman

somehow committed a criminal conspiracy against Bryan Reo (and possibly other of Reo- co-

conspirators William Finck and William DeClue). Bryan Reo also claimed to have mailed this

off 10 June 2019 but the postmark says 12 June. Pastor Lindstedt and Roxie made a video which

can be observed from 2:15 to 2:35 pm 17 June 2019 @

Reo hasn't sent Pastor Lindstedt, Roxie, etc its trial exhibits but rather its bogus jury

instructions, either by e-mail or by post. Pastor Lindstedt has on his Christian Nationalist forum

the posts which Reo claims defame it, although most of it is public records, federal and this

Court's filings, news clippings and opinion pieces. Pastor Lindstedt brought up from his "admin

eyes-only" subforum to the Bryan Reo vs. White People subforum the Stormfront thread wherein

Bryan Reo threatens to kill the FBI, BATF, police etc because it is paranoid and Bryan Reo

pictures from Facebook and XuQA.com that Reo tried to claim in federal court were copyrighted

that show that Bryan Reo is an effeminate mongrel. Reo lost at the federal level before going to

this court sans jurisdiction and Reo's enemies amongst the NIM-Busters have spread them far

and wide. If Reo tries to destroy this evidence like it has destroyed much other evidence during

the five years of litigation, then such should be noted. In it Reo admits in effect to being a

paranoid with threats of killing those it thinks are following it. Reo is one sick mongrel.

The Oberlin vs some bakery case shows that Ohio juries within 100 miles of Lake

County are certainly sick of antifa and agents provocateur bothering people just trying to go

about their business. Lindstedt would prefer a jury trial on Thurday June 27th but after five years

of this nonsense put off by Reo, Reo's lawyers, and this Court it is time to put an end to this even

though Reo isn't remotely ready to proceed to jury trial on its vexatious litigation.
