2007 ~ 2020
Trevor Lee Yamoah Kruthoff was born August 18, 2007 in Faulkton, SD
at the Faulkton Area Medical Center in the early morning to Andrea Geist
and Jordan Kruthoff. The moment he arrived, we knew he was a blessing,
a gift from above. Trevor’s laugh and smile could lighten up any dull moment
and brighten up the room with his corky wheezing laugh! While he kicked
his legs in excitement, what a joy he was to be around.
Little man Trevor loved to listen to his record player daily. He loved
Jam, Future, Kendrick, Bigg, Pac, J.Cole, Michael Jackson, and many more.
His taste for music was quite on point, if you interrupted his sessions, you
would get the death glare, because you never messed with his Jam
sessions! Other things Trevor loved to do was have slumber parties with
his younger brother, Carter. The bond those two had was truly amazing,
they were inseparable, glued at the hip. Trevor also loved it when Carter
would read to him every night before bed. He loved the long road trips
taken to go see grandma and grandpa. He knew every time he was with
grandma; he had her wrapped around his little finger. They enjoyed the
swing they had built for them to spend time in.
Spending time with his best friends, enjoying quality music sessions
with his dad “wink, wink”. Dad would tell them about the ladies’ new albums
about to drop, about sports, and vent about work. Trevor loved it when his
dad would talk smack about his co-workers, made him laugh his butt off
but that was Trevor, he loved curse words. LOL!
Trevor’s life will be treasured by his parents: Andrea Geist and Michael
Yamoah; father, Jordan Kruthoff; brother: Carter Kruthoff;
grandparents: Rick and Diane Geist and Mavis Mkansah, Steve Kruthoff,
and Carol McKallister; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by maternal great grandparents: Harold and
Dolly Geist; and great uncles: Russell and Mark Geist.
