ค ำน ำ สถาบนนวตกรรมเทคโนโลยไทย-ฝรงเศส เปนหนวยงานภายใตโครงการความรวมมอ ทางวชาการ ระหวางมหาวทยาลยเทคโนโลยพระจอมเกลาพระนครเหนอ กบสถาบนการศกษา ภาครฐและเอกชนประเทศฝรงเศส เพอถายทอดความรในดานวศวกรรมศาสตรและเทคโนโลยชนสง ดวยการวจย ฝกอบรม ดานการตรวจสอบและทดสอบตามมาตรฐานสากล ตลอดระยะเวลา 26 ป สถาบนนวตกรรมเทคโนโลยไทย-ฝรงเศส ไดมสวนรวมในการพฒนาเทคโนโลยและพฒนาก าลงคน โดยเฉพาะในภาคอตสาหกรรมของประเทศใหมศกยภาพและมขดความสามารถในระดบสากล เพอกาวเขาส การแขงขนในประชาคมเศรษฐกจอาเซยน (AEC) ในป พ.ศ. 2558 ซงสถาบนนวตกรรมเทคโนโลยไทย-ฝรงเศส เปนหนวยงานเพยงแหงเดยวในประเทศไทยทไดรบการรบรองจากสถาบนการเชอมแหงประเทศไทย (Welding Institute of Thailand, WIT) ใหมสทธจดฝกอบรมในหลกสตรสาขาวศวกรรมงานเชอมตางๆ ตามขอก าหนดของสถาบนการเชอมสากล (International Institute of Welding, IIW) ซงเปนทยอมรบใน 70 ประเทศทวโลก นอกจากนสถาบนนวตกรรมเทคโนโลยไทย-ฝรงเศส ยงไดสงเสรมงานวจยดานเทคโนโลยเพอยบยงการกดกรอน โดยไดรวมมอกบกลมบรษทส ารวจและผลตน ามนและก า ซ ช น น า ข อ ง โ ล ก เ ช น PTTEP, TOTAL E&P Thailand อ ก ท ง ม ค ว า ม ร ว ม ม อ ก บ บ ร ษ ท ชไนเดอร (ไทยแลนด) จ ากด ในดานระบบการผลตอตโนมต เปนตน นอกจากนนยงไดจดตงศนยวจยพลงงานทดแทน (Renewable Energy Research Center, RERC) โดยรวมมอกบศนยวจย GREEN ซงอยภายใต Université de Lorraine ประเทศฝรงเศส เพอศกษาและพฒนาองคความรใหมโดยเฉพาะเทคโนโลยการควบคม การผลต การสงจายและการสะสมพลงงานไฟฟา โดยบรณาการแหลงพลงงานทางเลอกตางๆ เชน เซลลเชอเพลง พลงงานแสงอาทตย และพลงงานลม เขาดวยกน ส าหรบการใชงานในอาคารบานเรอน ส านกงาน และโรงงานอตสาหกรรมในอนาคตอนใกล

เพอใหผรบบรการไดรบความพงพอใจสงสด สถาบนนวตกรรมเทคโนโลยไทย-ฝรงเศส จงไดเรมน าระบบการบรหารงานคณภาพมาตรฐานสากล ISO 9001 มาใชตงแตป พ.ศ. 2542 และ ไดพฒนาระบบการบรหารงานมาเปนล าดบจนถงปจจบน ซงไดรบการรบรองระบบบรหารงานคณภาพ ISO 9001:2008 เมอป พ.ศ. 2552

สถาบนนวตกรรมเทคโนโลยไทย-ฝรงเศส มงมนทจะสรางคณภาพ งานบรการวชาการแกสงคม งานฝกอบรม งานทดสอบ ตรวจสอบและสอบเทยบ และงานวจย โดยมหองปฏบตการทดสอบสวนผสมทางเคมทไดรบการรบรองความสามารถหองปฏบตการทดสอบ ตามมาตรฐานเลขท มอก. 17025-2548 (ISO/IEC 17025:2005) เพอใหลกคาเกดความพงพอใจดวยคณภาพระดบสากล และมงมนพฒนาอยางตอเนองเพอใหเกดประโยชนสงสดตอไป

IIW Qualification : IAB-252r2-14

Number of Trainees : 10-20 People Trainee Qualification : - Participant should have a Diploma of high technician in any industrial fields welding technology, industrial mechanical, civil construction, electrical/electronic technology, ect. - Hold a valid welder approval certificate ISO 9606 H-L045 ss nb in one of the welding processes listed in 5.1 of ISO 9606, or equivalent, e.g. EN 287 H-L045 ss nb, or ASME IX 6G or hold a valid welder approval as a plate welder for the following conditions PE ss nb or PC and PF ss nb, according to ISO 9606 at least in one process, and/or other national equivalent in the IIW member country. - Be a minimum age of 20 years including 2 years experience as a welder. International Welding Specialist (IWS) The International Welding Specialist course is to provide knowledge and understanding in Welding technology, skills and experience. The course is to enable Specialists to control and manage as a foreman or a head of welders. These activities concern production and quality system. ป 2557 หองปฏบตการทดสอบสวนผสมทางเคม ฝายเทคโนโลยงานเชอม ไดรบการรบรองความสามารถหองปฏบตการทดสอบ ตามมาตรฐาน มอก. 17025-2548 (ISO/IEC 17025 : 2005) ขอก าหนดทวไปวาดวยความสามารถหองปฏบตการทดสอบและสอบเทยบ หมายเลขการรบรองเลขททดสอบ 0374 จากกระทรวงอตสาหกรรม ส านกงานมาตรฐานผลตภณฑอตสาหกรรม

The Welding Technology Department is the only organization in Thailand which accredited from the Welding Institute of Thailand (WIT), the Authorized National Body of the International Institute of Welding (IIW), for organizing the high level international training courses according to the IIW guideline. The department has been supported by L'AirLiquide Group on a variety of equipment such as automatic welding and plasma cutting machines. This includes the fund for training and staff development. The technology transfer has been accomplished via cooperative training with the experts from Institut de Soudure who provide lecture and collaborate in the production of welding engineers and technologists to Thai industries.

In 2001, the department was accredited by the Welding Institute of Thailand as the authorized training body offering welding programs, some of which include the programs for International Welding Engineers, International Welding Specialists, International Welding Practitioners, and Non-Destructive Operators according to ISO 9712.

In 2007, signed a cooperative agreement with IS Industrie (Thailand) Ltd. to distribute technology related services such as training, inspection, testing, and research conduct.

In 2010, the department signed a cooperative agreement with MCS Steel Co.,Ltd. (PLC) to distribute technology services such as research, non-destructive testing, training and consultation.

In 2013, the department signed cooperative agreement with Department of Skill Development to distribute human resource development in welding.

In 2014, the department signed cooperative agreement with Office of Vocational Education Commission to develop human resource in International Welding Engineer and Welding Instructor levels.

In 2014, Chemical Composite Testing Laboratory was accredited for ISO/ICE 17025:2005 from the Thai Industrial Standards Institute, Ministry of Industry.

In 2014, Closing and diploma award ceremony to 90 participants of the international welding which have authorized by the Welding Institute of Thailand and accredited the International Institute of Welding. The diploma award presented by Asst.Prof. Dr.Panarit Sethakul, dean of technical education, acting director of Thai–French Innovation Institute and administrative team.

In 2015, Thai – French Innovation Institute has organized the international welding engineer class#11 from 9 May 2015 to 24 January 2016 (weekend class). The total training day are 70 days at training room 702 7th floor.

Company and Thainox Stainless Public Company Limited to develop corrosion research work employing electrochemical techniques. Scholarships for training, graduate study, and exchanging professional experience have been allocated. The Corrosion Technology Department has worked in collaboration with l'Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse (INPT) and l' Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG).

In 2006, the department has signed a cooperative agreement with PTT Exploration and Production Public Co., Ltd. and TOTAL E&P Thailand to setup a laboratory for inhibitor testing to provide corrosion analysis services and distribute research work to the industries of Thailand and Asian countries.

The Automated Manufacturing Systems Department has gained support from MULTISOFT ROBOTIQUE (INTELYS) to establish the PLC, CNC and automated manufacturing system laboratories. Budgets for training and staff development have been allocated.

The department, in collaboration with l'Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG), l'Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Génie Industriel (ENSGI) has conducted research involving management systems in industrial manufacturing and operated exchange programs for Thai and French researchers. With the cooperation with Schneider (Thailand) Ltd., the Department has established a laboratory for automated manufacturing systems and worked out on energy conservation research. Training programs have been provided for human resources in academic institutions and industries.

The Research, development and Technology Transfer Department was

initiated by the collaboration among KMUTNB, national and international private companies. The main objectives incorporate conducting research to develop novel knowledge and assist in problem solving for industries. Some distinguished samples involve the alliance with GREEN, Université de Lorraine and le Groupe de Recherche en Electrotechnique et Electronique de Nancy (GREEN) to establish the Renewable Energy Research Center (RERC). The cooperation with Ekarat Solar Company Limited put emphasis on solar energy research, the works of which have been published in academic journals and presented in various national and international conferences.

เทคโนโลยพระจอมเกลาพระนครเหนอ รวมกบ Schneider (Thailand) Limited ภายใตโครงการ“การตดตงและบ ารงรกษาระบบเซลลแสงอาทตยบนหลงคาบานพกอาศย” โดยไดจดฝกอบรม เรอง “กำรออกแบบและตดตง โซลำ พว รฟทอป” (Design and Installation for Solar PV Rooftop) ใหกบบคลากรทางการศกษาจากส านกงานคณะกรรมการการอาชวศกษา ผเขารบการฝกอบรมเปนคณาจารยจากวทยาลยเทคนคทวประเทศ จ านวนรนละ 20 คน โดยมวตถประสงคเพอใหผเขารบการอบรมไดรบความรความเขาใจเรองพลงงานทดแทน เขาใจวธการตดตงระบบเซลลแสงอาทตยบนหลงคาบานพกอาศย และเขาใจวธการบ ารงรกษาระบบเซลลแสงอาทตยบนหลงคาบานพกอาศย จ านวน 2 รน ตงแตเวลา 09.00-16.00 น. โดยรนท 1 อบรมระหวางวนท 17-18 กนยายน 2558 และรนท 2 วนท 24-25 กนยายน 2558 สถานทฝกอบรม ณ หองฝกอบรม 403 ชน 4 อาคารสถาบนนวตกรรมเทคโนโลยไทย-ฝรงเศส

ฝายฯ มหองปฏบตการคอมพวเตอรทมความพรอมตอการใหบรการฝกอบรม มความสามารถดานการพฒนาโปรแกรมควบคมระบบอตโนมตผานอนเทอร เนต (SCADA) การสรางแบบจ าลองสถานการณในระบบการผลตและระบบธรกจ การพฒนาและออกแบบระบบฐานขอมลส าหรบระบบธรกจและระบบอ ต ส า ห ก ร ร ม แ ล ะ ร ะ บ บ Web Based Application เปนตน

The Computer for Industrial Applications Department has been established to train and transfer advanced technology of computer for industrial applications for teachers and students in universities and technical colleges in Thailand and South East Asia, Including composing training material, consulting and researching in computer for industrial applications.

The department completely laboratory and be able to develop SCADA system programming, system simulation, database design for industrial section and Web Based Application development.
