LEARNING OUTCOMES

The students will develop the expertise required to evaluate, analyse and create digital marketing and digital communication campaigns, digital advertising, e-business and marketing of loT, websites, web projects and web startups. They will learn how to anticipate on the evolution of the digital economy, e-business and digital marketing. We propose innovative courses on mobile and IoT marketing that are really challenging today.

CASE STUDIES AND BUSINESS GAMES

One of our pedagogical approaches will be the use of case studies in the different courses. Students will be given the opportunity to work on real business problems with companies whilst working on their consultant project. They will also be encouraged to follow specific MOOC’s on digital marketing, web marketing and digital communication.The students will be required to pass certificates to enhance their knowledge of digital marketing (Digitt, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics certifications…).

At the end of the programme, you can do a 6-month mission in a company of your choice (anywhere in the world) where you will put your knowledge into practice. EMLV will give you access to a list of internship and job offers in your field through its Corporate Relations Department, Alumni network, school and MBA partners.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE

The MBA in Digital Marketing Strategy is the formula for success to help you to reach your dream job in this connected digital world. Participants will learn to master the latest tools used to orchestrate and automatise marketing campaigns. They will learn how companies organise their tools, processes and digital resources. Participants will also get coaching to develop their personal and professional skills while working on their consultant project and real challenges.

LEARNING BY DOING

CONSULTANT PROJECT

The students work with firms on a digital and social media strategy. They act as consultant by developing a digital marketing strategy. At the end of the project, the student will be able to apply the concepts, tools and methods taught during the course in a professional context and to coordinate a mission from the formulation of the recommendations to the operational expectations of customers.

The IAB label makes it possible to distinguish the formations respectful of the recommendations established by the IAB and by other French authorities.

Digital certificationStudents take the Digitt®, a certificate which assesses their digital skills. This certificate issued by an organization in the digital domain is recognized by companies.

THE SCHOOL

Léonard de Vinci Business School (EMLV) offers several degrees with specialisations in accounting, digital business, marketing; finance and human resources. The EMLV programmes have been designed to help students to reach their highest potential as future leaders. EMLV provides state of art programmes in business with an emphasis on digital aspects of business and the international dimension. Students are exposed to real life business scenarios which equip them with core professional skills. Faculty and staff consist of both international research professors and business professionals.

OUR PARTNERS AND THE CONSULTANT PROJECT

Our partners interact a great deal with our students throughout the programme. Firms like Orange or Dia Mart are our partners, and they will be managing consultant projects on loT and digital marketing. The consultant project enables students to work in close collaboration with a company for a period of five months. Students are divided into groups and will work with different companies. Professor will coach the students and assist them in managing the various tasks given to them by the companies. Our partners participate in the courses so as to talk about their sector. Several events will be organised to create connections between our students and the partners.

FUTURE JOBS

Digital Marketing StrategyPrepares students for various careers in the digital sector, such as: Social Media Analyst, Community Manager, SEO Expert, Accounts Manager Affiliation, Traffic Manager, Advertising Manager, Internet Project Manager, Digital Marketing Website Specialist, Digital Campaign Consultant, Public Relation Officer, Digital Marketing Consultant, Digital Communication Consultant, loT Consultant, Head of Digital Marketing.Our current students and graduates have found internships and jobs in Webmarketing, Digital Marketing and Digital Communication. A networking event is organised each year in order for students and companies to meet. This year the event was a great success, as several of our students found internships thanks to the speed-dating activity with the different companies during this event.

A BUSINESS SCHOOL IN THE HEART OF PARIS LA DÉFENSE

EMLV is located right in the business district, on a 58 000 m2 campus shared with engineering school ESILV and web and multimedia school IIM. For business school students the proximity of multinationals is one of the best oppotunities to network. This concentration of workers is a chance for EMLV students, who will find all services within the same area: restaurants, shops, medical practices and banks.

Prof. Basma Taieb PhD

With a PhD in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from the IAE Aix-en-Provence, Basma Taieb began her teaching career with temporary positions at the Paris 11 University then at the Claude Bernard University in Lyon. She then worked as a university lecturer and researcher at the Cergy Pontoise University, before joining the EMLV. She teaches the marketing essentials: Market Research, CRM, E-marketing, Data Marketing and Data Analysis.Her research work focuses on e-marketing, mobile marketing, m-commerce, social media and consumer behavior. Her research has been published in international journals such as the Journal of Business Research and presented at international conferences like the Academy of Marketing Science and European Marketing Academy Conference. Her future research will focus on consumer attitudes and behavior towards the Iot (Internet Of Things).
