The need to share information is increasingWhether you are working with new construction, renovation of buildings or work as a subcontractor with support functions, you are without a doubt aware of the need to document all the processes and be able to easily retrieve archived information.

Need to share a picture quickly? Take a picture using your iPhone and add metadata (search words) when upload-ing. The GPS position is automatically set. Choose the archive to upload to and that’s it. The image is available in the archive in seconds. This way, you can in-stantly monitor the progress of your pro-jects and make the information available to your clients.

Different users may have different re-quirements when it comes to metadata or search criteria. Also, in one company there can be a wide range of depart-ments that require access to different parts of the archived media. Most actions can be automated to help make sure that material is stored in the right place and made available to the right people.
