Deadline date: Applications with deposits postmarked by October 12, 2018 will be assigned first. New assignments will be made on a space-available basis.

We understand that acceptance of this application for space in IMTS 2020 does not constitute an agreement to provide space in a specific location, that no advance assurances will be given regarding the location of space assigned, and that the decisions of the Show Committee and AMT staff regarding space assignments will be final, subject to reassignment in accordance with the show rules.

Act now, for the best possible space assignment for IMTS 2020. Please complete this application in its entirety. It is important to make sure you are categorized correctly. Mail the completed application with your 10% deposit* (in U.S. dollars) today.

There will be three additional non-refundable payments due as follows: 30% due on May 31, 2019 30% due on January 15, 2020 30% due on April 15, 2020

Cancellations made between May 31, 2019 and April 15, 2020 will adhere to the following cancellation policy:• Initial 10% deposit – 100 % non-refundable• May 31, 2019 payment – 50% non-refundable, 50% credit for IMTS 2022• January 15, 2020 payment – 50% non-refundable, 50% credit for IMTS 2022• April 15, 2020 payment – 100% non-refundable

An exhibitor who downsizes his/her booth will be treated as a cancellation and will follow the terms of the above policy.

Balance dues over 30 days delinquent are subject to immediate cancellation.

Submission of this application constitutes acceptance by the applicant of the terms printed herein and all attempts to vary those terms (including this paragraph) without the express written consent of AMT - The Association For Manufacturing Technology are null and void.

We hereby accept for ourselves and our representatives, employer and agents, and agree to be bound by all the rules, terms and conditions contained in the “Rules Governing All Exhibits.” We are enclosing a deposit with this application, which represents 10% of the total space cost. We understand that this deposit is refundable only in the event that an assignment cannot be made due to lack of exhibit space. Note: There will be three additional non-refundable payments, due as follows: (1) with return of the contract (May 31, 2019), (2) January 15, 2020, and (3) April 15, 2020. If any of these deadlines have passed at the time the contract is returned, the total amount due at that time must accompany the contract.

*Deposit must accompany application in order for actual space assignment to be made.
