Antidepressiva: bijwerkingen• Algemeen:
– euforie, (versterking) depressieve agitatie, uitlokken manie (NB suicide)
• TCA’s:– stimulering motoriek (desipramine en nortryptiline)
– anticholinerg: droge mond, duizeligheid, mictie en erectiestoornissen
– locaal anesthetisch: aritmien (contraindicatie: recent hartinfarct)
• SSRI’s:– maagdarm klachten, hoofdpijn, migraine
– agitatie, sexuele disfunctie (fluoxetine:Prozac 30-70%)
– interacties met geneesmiddelen die afgebroken worden door P450-systemen
• MAOA: overdosering, langdurige aspecifieke MAO remming: tyramine
• Overige: sedatie en orthostatische hypotensie
