The primary objective of KnowHy project is to create a sustainable training offer targeting professionals. The features of this training program are:
Specialisations chosen with focus on market roll-out applications.
Comfortable online and hands on format for active technicians.
Tutoring, Serious games and Practical training to complement the lessons.
Affordable and easily adaptable training format.
Plan to establish a joint venture to continue to offer the courses after end of the project.
Several thousand fuel cell technicians are expected to be required in the coming years
INTRODUCTION
Courses available in 7 different languages : Dutch, French, English, Spanish, Italian, German & Portuguese; and in multiple countries.
Comfortable e-learning format for active technicians.
Target of training 1000 technicians before project end.
Six courses comprising of one common core module and five specialisations.

Market research as well as industrial stakeholders surveys were conducted by the partners of the consortium.
Data was collected from established as well as upcoming industries and firms in the field of hydrogen and fuel cells.
Results were collected and the interpretation follows in the upcoming slides.
