Rota granulation :

This process allow the direct manufacturing of spheres

suitable for controlled release solid dosage forms from dry

powder in one process. The powder mix is added to the bowl

and wetted with granulating liquid from a spray or multiple

sprays.

Rota granulation(e.g. freund vanguard) are manufacturing in

size range between 45 L and 450 L capacity .

CONCLUSION

Hence we can conclude that the overview of

tablet production involves a systematic

approach towards the production of tablets by

minimizing process variables and

contamination and reduce overall production

cause time improve quality of pharmaceutical

dosage form to avoid any conflicts by following

the GMP.
