RLM XTREME™ PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONSCONSTRUCTIONRLM XTREME fixtureless UV-C lamp systems are factory-assembled and tested. They consist of a power supply and housing, wiring, ultraviolet lamp(s) featuring an FEP/EncapsuLamp™ protective coating, lamp plug and lamp holder.

POWER SUPPLY HOUSINGS are NEMA 2/IP11 compliant, constructed of powder coated 20ga galvanized steel and designed to facilitate NEC style power supply installations outside of plenums.

POWER SUPPLIES are high-efficiency electronic types matched to the lamp and designed to maximize UV-C production, lamp/irradiance, energy efficiency and reliability. They are UL and CSA Listed, 120-277V, 50/60 Hz, type 1, high-power factor, electronic rapid-start types with overload and end-of-lamp-life circuit protection, and sound rating A.

LAMP PLUG & HOLDER are UL listed, 4-pin SE type capable of accommodating a single-ended lamp. The Holder is constructed of UV-resistant materials and designed to connect the Lamp to the Plug, Holder and Loom to protect against electrical shock, moisture and separation.

LAMP LOOM is protected within a stainless steel flexible metal conduit to prevent UV-C degradation.

LAMPS are T5 diameter with EncapsuLamp, high-output single-ended 4-pin types that produce broadband UV-C at 253.7 nm. Useful lamp life is 9,000 hours with no more than a 15% output loss.

LAMP HOLSTERS™ are dual type and permanently affixed within the irradiated cavity. They are constructed of UV-C-resistant materials and provide maximum flexibility in lamp positioning, removal and fastening strength, and support two lamps each.

INDEPENDENT TESTING — Fixtures have been independently tested to UL-ABQK (pending), and verified ozone-free and meet UL-2998 Ozone concentration limits of less than 0.005 ppm. Intertek 104351693CRT-001d.
