Pool and Fitness Room - Temporarily Closed The pool and fitness room are for the community’s enjoyment and will reopen when it is safe to do so.

Tennis and Basketball Courts - Temporarily Closed The tennis and basketball courts are for the community’s enjoyment and will reopen when it is safe to do so.

Annual Plantings Thank you for your interest in adding annuals to your flower beds. You are welcome to plant annuals in your designated area when you maintain them throughout the season and remove them after the second frost. Coordinating with your neighbors is recommended.

5:30 PM Leadership Management - every Tuesday, 9-10 AM

Leadership Management Requests Hand scan requests, clubhouse rental and work orders are handled during regular business hours: 9 AM to 5 PM. During this restricted time, hand scan requests and clubhouse rentals are temporarily suspended. Work orders should be directed to Leadership Management.

Hand Scanning - Temporarily Suspended Tuesdays 4-5 PM, Thursdays 4-5 PM & Saturdays 10-11 AM

Clubhouse Rental - Temporarily Suspended The clubhouse is available for rent by co-owners. Forms are available on the website and by the door to fitness room/pool.

1. Salt distribution for water softeners is considered essential

and will be conducted with the utmost care and caution for everyone involved.

2. Roof and chimney repairs will continue once the “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order is lifted, and contractors can return to work safely.

3. Landscaping maintenance and flower planting will resume once the “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order is lifted, and our staff and contractors can return to work safely.
