Please read these instructions before use of this product. Failure to follow these warnings and the assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death. Please save manual for future use as it contains important information.

! Read all instructions before assembling crib. KEEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE USE. Do not use this crib if the instructions can not be strictly followed.

! CAUTION: Any mattress used on this crib must be at least 27-1/4 inches (69 cm) by 51-5/8 inches (131 cm) with a thickness not exceeding 6 inches (15 cm).

! DO NOT use a water mattress with this crib.

! Ensure a safe environment for your child by checking regularly, (that every component is properly and securely in place) before placing your child in the crib. Making sure that all bolts and fasteners are tight.

! Before each usage or assembly, inspect crib for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges. DO NOT use crib if any parts are missing or broken. Ask your dealer or write to manufacturer for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed. DO NOT substitute parts.

! When child is able to pull to a standing position, set mattress to lowest position and remove bumper pads, large toys and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.

! When child is able to climb out or reaches the height of 35 inches (90 cm), the crib shall no longer be used and can be converted to the transitional bed.

! Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys.

! DO NOT place crib near window where child may fall out or where cords from blinds or drapes may strangle the child. DO NOT place cords, straps or similar items that could become wound around the child’s neck in or near the crib.

! Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers because they can cause suffocation.

! If refinishing or touching up, use a non-toxic finish specified for children’s products.

! To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.

! To help prevent strangulation tighten all fasteners. A child can trap parts of the body or clothing on loose fasteners.

! Check this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges before and after assembly and frequently during use. DO NOT use crib if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact BabyAGE for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed. DO NOT substitute parts.

! Infants can suffocate in gaps between crib sides and a mattress that is too small.

! Infant can suffocate on soft bedding. Never add a pillow, comforter or padding.

The Safety Rail (Q) provided can be assembled to either end depending on your needs. Simply bolt in the rail with three 40 mm bolts (S). One into the end rail and two into the Support Rail (P) as shown.

To be able to insert the wooden dowels you need to first loosen the bolts on the stabilizer bar. See insert 25a. Once Dowels are inserted into the holes and support rail is assembled with the 70 mm Bolt (R) then re-tighten the stabilizer bars bolts. Ensure

that the two holes on the support rail are facing upwards.

Tighten ALL bolts at this time to ensure product is assembled correctly.

Remove side rail to start conversion to your toddler bed. Store this rail in a safe place for future use and store the four 70mm Bolts (R) in the warning envelope with the Allen Key.

Use clean soft cloths to wash, rinse and dry. With proper care, the quality finish will last a long time. ! When this toddler bed is no longer needed, follow the assembly steps in reverse to dismantle it and store it in a safe and dry place so that it will not pose a danger to any child.

! CAUTION: The mattress intended for use on this bed shall be a full size crib mattress having minimum dimensions of 51-5/8 inches (1310 mm) in length and 27-1/4 inches (690 mm) in width and 4 inches (100 mm) in thickness..

! The minimum age shall not be less than 15 months and the maximum weight shall not be greater than 50lbs (22.7kg).

! Do not use a water mattress with this bed.

! Do not place items with a string, cord, or ribbon around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords.

! Do not suspend strings over a toddler bed for any reason.

! Make sure to place this bed in your child’s room keeping in mind hazards such as windows, walls and other pieces of furniture. Windows are dangerous if the child can use the bed to climb out of the window. For other pieces of furniture and walls, a min of 12 inches is recommended between the bed and the furniture or wall, to reduce the risk a child may slide into the smaller spaces and suffocate.

Drawer WheelTip assembled drawer on an angle so you can insert the wheel on the side metal track into the gap on the metal track on the head and foot board. Once inserted on both sides, lower the drawer and slide in.

CRIB ASSEMBLYIf possible, having two people help in the assembly of this product will make the job easier.NOTE: An Allen Key (X) is provided to tighten all bolts securely. At different stages, it may be easier to assemble this product if you do not fully tighten the bolts right away. Follow instructions closely and look for for when this is advised. If not advised to keep loose, then tighten bolt immediately.

Insert Wooden Dowel (V) into the top hole on end of the Right Bottom End Rail (F). Repeat for the other Left Bottom End Rail (E).

Assemble Right Bottom End Panel (F) to the Left Leg (B) ensuring the metal drawer track is facing inwards and the grove is on top as shown. Also ensure the grove on the left leg faces inwards. Line up the wooden dowel with the top hole in the inside of the corner post and then insert a 40 mm Bolt (S) through corner post to join the two parts.

Flip over drawer unit and attach the Drawer Support (O) using two 25 mm wood screws (Y) and the Screwdriver (aa) to both the front and back drawer panel.

Assemble the Drawer Knobs (bb) to the front of the drawer using the 25 mm Bolts (Z) and the Screwdriver (aa) provided. DO NOT over tighten the bolts.

Slide the Middle Panel (D) into the grove, with the three raised circles pointing outwards, till it fits securely in the grove on the bottom panel and the groves on the legs.

Insert the Top Round Cap (C) over the panel with the grove and panel lining up. Insert two 40 mm Bolts (S) into each end to securely faster the cap to the legs. Repeat steps 1 through 5 to assemble other end board.

Line up the Drawer Back Panel (K) with the Drawer Left Panel (L) and attach using two 30 mm Bolts (T). Ensure that the metal drawer track is facing outwards and the gap is at the back of the panel as shown in the diagram. Repeat for other side using the Drawer Right Panel (M).

Place drawer on back panel and slide in the Drawer Bottom Panel (N) into the groves.

Line up Drawer Front Panel (J) so drawer bottom panel fits into grove.

It is recommended to place mattress base in its LOWEST position for initial assembly of this product. You will see a set of three holes on the side of the metal mattress base near to where the Y Bracket is already attached. Bolt one end of the arm on the Y bracket into the lowest position hole with the 30 mm Bolt (T) and the Locking Nut (W) using the Wrench (Y) and Allen Key (X) as shown. Repeat for three other Y brackets.

Place crib back upright and attach the second Side Rail (G) to the two end rails with the 70 mm Bolts (R) and tighten with the Allen Key (X).

Insert the dowels on the end of the Stabilizer Bar (I) into the holes on the two end boards. Ensure that the insert holes show in 8c are facing upwards. Bolt in the stabilizer bar with a 40 mm Bolt (S) on each end. It is important that both metal drawer tracks on the end boards are positioned with the gap closest to the floor as shown.

Your cribs is now assembled. Please check all

bolts to ensure they are tightened securely before going on to the assembly of the drawer.

Place metal mattress base with the Y bracket facing towards the bottom of the crib and line up the holes in the bracket with the holes on the stabilizer bar. Bolt the bracket to both of the stabilizer bars with four 20 mm Bolts (U).

Insert the second Stabilizer Bar (I) in the front holes on the end rails as shown. Ensure insert holes on stabilizer bar are now facing down. Bolt in place with two 70 mm Bolts (R).
