  • IMPORTANCE OF READINESS

    Children universally pass through identifiable stages of development. In each stage there are certain limitations and

    capacities to the child’s potentiality of learning. The development and skills to be attained have to be rooted in

    and correlated with the developmental stage of every child.

    The most important consideration when a child is readied for

    learning is what the child already knows. And hence, the child

    may be ready for learning by making use of what she / he

    already knows.

    Readiness is a state of receptiveness and the ability to receive. A teacher cannot make the child learn unless he/ she

    is ready to learn. The Teacher is, therefore, expected to make

    the child receptive to learning in general and then make her/

    him ready to learn specific items in particular.

    • IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT CHILDREN AGED 3-6

    YEARS

    Children aged 3-6 years cannot sit still for long time.

    They tend to learn through concrete objects and first hand experiences since the ability for abstract thinking and

    reasoning has not yet developed

    They are curious and eager to learn.

    They are spontaneous and demonstrative in their emotional readiness towards others

    They respond readily to music, rhyme and rhythm

  • Plan of Action for the Online

    Engagement of Students of class-I

    Create the What’s app group of class - I Children. Inform the Parents to download the google meet

    app from playstore.

    Intimation about Welcome programme will be conduct in online mode.

    Forming Small Groups

    Arrange the Students in Alphabetical Order ( Not to

    separate Boys and Girls)

    Divide them into Four small groups(Houses :Satya ,Dharma,Prem and Shanthi)

    We will create the House wise what’s app groups. One Teacher to be with 2 groups

    Introduce the members of the group to each other.

    Knowing the previous knowledge of children.

    Recall and Review Pre –School Knowledge from individual students

    Engage them with small, brief joyful acts including TPR activities

  • WELCOME PROGRAMME We will conduct the welcome programme

    on 15-09-2020 through google meet.

    Have the First Meeting with the Student along with Parents.

    In this programme We will interact with parents and our school principal

    Smt.Ranjana Jha ma’am will give the welcome speech.

    In this session we will discuss about regarding our school information.

    Knowing the child skills (Intelligence ,Emotional ,Communicational….etc) by giving the following activities

    1. How the child playing with toys.

    2. How the child helping the parents in house-hold work.

    3. How the child treating the plant.

    4. How the child behaving with pet animals.

    5. How the child affectionate to their grand parents.

    6. How the child playing with their sibling/neighbour hood.

    7. Natural conversation between child and parents.

    8. Best activity of child.

    2. Plan for the basic concepts subject-wise according to

    alternative academic calendar (CCA).

    3. Introduce the Do’s and Don’t to the students and parents to make presence in the online environment pleasant and

    disturbance less
