CMD’s Message… The year 2015 was a milestone in our

company’s history. We did Vision Frame work

that comprised two parts. Core Ideology and

Envisioned future. In the journey of 14 years i.e.

from the date company started, we didn’t had

any focused vision. We, the core team members

that includes Ajay Bhagthalia, Murtuja Pisavadi,

Azhar Mandhara, Nirav Galaiya and Piyush

Shah spared time to see the envisioned future

and then drafted Core Purpose, Core Values,

Big Hairy Audacious Goal and Vivid

Description of the company by 2025. Now we

can clearly see our footsteps proceeding further

to reach our destiny.

Through journey of Smmart Entrepreneurial Gurukul, I’ve learned to enjoy 10 entrepreneurial rights.

We started building Strategy sheets each quarter. We now focused on strength, weakness, opportunities

and threats of the company, Recruited Executive assistant, H.R executive. I’ve learned various aspects

of sales and marketing. In short, now I started utilizing each seconds of my life for the betterment of

society.

As we know team work divides the task and multiplies the success. This year we recruited number of

partners for my success and I invested heavily in developing their talents. And in result, I could achieve

250% growth in the turnover than year 2014-15. This was possible due to relentless pursuit of internal

efficiencies, product and market action.

I would like to extend my appreciation to the entire Impetus team for their determination and efforts to

make a successful year.

I have narrowed my focus to three major areas that I believe will be critical in building next big

platform solution. These are Data, Automation and Intelligence.

Going further, I see tremendous potential for us to grow and lead.
