5. Skillicorne Gardens opened up and Garden Bar extended to better serve the increased numbers of festival

visitors using the square.

Indicative new layout of festival marquees.The new layout of the square allows the exist-ing marquees to be retained whilst still provid-ing good access facilities. There is also less ob-struction within the Town Hall car park due to the new access through the wall. The lower plaza is kept clear.
