UPImpact crushers suitable for primary crushing, capable of replacing the jaw crushers when the feed material is composed of not too hard and low-abrasiveness rocks. They are particularly suitable to produce higher percentage of fine aggregates than with the jaw crusher.

The end product size can be chosen by hydraulically adjusting the gap between the blow bars and the impact plates located in the lower area of the crushing chamber.Furthermore, special adjustable stakes prevent material from clogging. The frame can be easily opened through hydraulic system to give greater access during wear part replacement and machine maintenance.

MSThe MS series impact mills are four-row blow bars secondary impactors, ensuring high throughput capacity of sand produced (above 40÷50%).

MST - MTMST series secondary impact mills are suitable to produce high percentage of fine aggregates and excellent end product cubicity. They are usually composed of a four-row heavy-duty rotor with blow bars made from either chrome-alloy or manganese steel. MS series impactors are tertiary blow-bar mills, supplied with chrome-alloy breaker plates and blow-bars, particularly suitable for

more abrasive types of rock. This series is equipped with 2-row rotors.
