STATEWIDE REPRESENTATIONMKRS Law does not geographically limit itself, having covered a multitude of cases in the Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Pensacola, Ocala and Panama City areas.

We work with several clients on travel arrangement charges and modifications to billing in order to off-set any added expenses that travel beyond our office scope might impact.

As mentioned previously, our technological capabilities allow for us to utilize various resources to cover events via video (whether through vendor partnerships or in-house use of iPads and teleconferencing) in order to cost effectively handle events out of our geographical reach (without of course adversely impacting our ability to properly defend the case).

Longshore Act (LHWCA) Federal Workers’ Compensation
