“On the anniversary of the Supreme
Court decision, Roe v. Wade, pray for
life, especially those most vulnerable.
The annual March for Life is held in
Washington, D.C. on this date.” (www.usccb.org) The Diocesan
Social Justice Commission requests prayers for all unborn babies
in danger of abortion. A sample prayer entitled Spiritual Adoption
Prayer is as follows: “Jesus, Mary and Joseph, with love for you
I ask your intercession to protect the life of unborn children.
May they all come to birth healthy and be a source of joy to their
parents. For those in danger because of abortion, I adopt them as
my own and pray for them and their mothers.”

Rome Pilgrimage
Father Michel Mulloy, pastor of the Cathedral is offering a pilgrimage to Rome, with side trips Orvieto and Assisi (home of St. Francis), Apr. 7-17. The pilgrimage will give participants a wonderful visit to the Eternal City. Highlights of the trip will include an historic look at the city from ancient times to the present, an opportunity to walk through the Holy Doors open this Jubilee Year of Mercy, and attend a papal audience. 50 individuals or a combination of couples and individuals to total
50 people who will be invited to a gathering with me for coffee and
pie on Saturday, January 30th, at Terra Sancta. Surveys must be
completed and submitted no later than January 19th to qualify for

together as faithful stewards by living lives of hospitality, faith, and
