İmecePC is...İmecePC is...• It’s a network which aims that deliver your unused but useful or second hand
computer equipment you'd like to give, to people who needs them in all around Turkey
• Delivery process is uniquely organized according to requests from Primary Schools in Eastern Anatolia, Southeastern Anatolia and other underdevelop region. It’s specially focused on the productive transfer and reuse of office and school equipment.
• İmecePC organization accepts computer hardware and software donations at VESTEL Electronics C.O in Manisa, from individuals, companies and government agencies. Vestel’s electronicians and experienced volunteers refurbish it after testing, repair, and upgrades.
• Person,who gets the computers by that way can communicate each other, share their thoughts and commets with donors. Besides they can get technical support. Individuals, companies and other donors also can get inform and give feedback by network, help to find another donors or secondhand used computers

Why do we need recycling and donation?Why do we need recycling and donation?
• Turkey has 26 million “Internet Users” and is No.11 in Country Worldwide. Internet penetration rate 37% and Turkey’s penetration is promising for future growth (European Medium 59%). *
• There are 7 million household, and four persons average live in per a house. That statistic data shows that every computer owner use and share internet, but Turkey’s population is approximately 72 million. Roughly we could say that computer owners rate 36% of Turkey population, so there are more way to go.
• Each 2 of 3 families, live in cities has one computer least. Marmara region is in the first place by 76.2% computer owning, but Souteastern Region’s computer owning rate 25%. Subjects, when they’re asked that what reason to not buy a computer, gave “can not save money for” answer by 49.2% rate**

• We still need and collect to get help for computer owning at far distance locations in Turkey, especially villages and towns.
• Information Technology Sector is growing and increasing fast, so recently under of usage condition pc’s are getting older. Sector workers should donate their old techological equipment.
• Individuals and benefactors must attend to charity organizations or donations events such as İmecePC
• If you have old pc equipment which can’t get rid of or want to donate, send them to VESTEL at Manisa plant
• Volunteer and hired technicians will check and repair them. After packaging, İmecePC will deliver to primary schools primarily and other societies needed for.
