Terms of Offer

1. The owner or lessee of a 24 inch width and above Canon or competitive printer model, excluding Canon TM/TXprinters, (the “Replaced Printer”) is eligible for a Two Thousand Dollar ($2,000) rebate on the purchase or lease of anew imagePROGRAF TM-300 MFP T36, TM-305 MFP T36, TX-3000 MFP T36 or TX-4000 MFP T36 large-formatprinter (the “imagePROGRAF Upgrade Printer”) from a Canon authorized dealer or reseller. Purchase or lease mustbe made between October 1, 2019 and November 30, 2019. The lease of an imagePROGRAF Upgrade Printermust be for a lease term of no less than one (1) year. Limit of one (1) rebate per imagePROGRAF Upgrade Printer.

2. The purchase or lease of a refurbished, recycled, used, returned or reconditioned imagePROGRAF printer is noteligible for rebate.

3. All claims must be submitted online at acbpromotions.com/imageprografrebate within 30 days from date of purchaseor lease.

4. To be eligible, submit a legible copy of your sales receipt, clearly stating (1) the dealer/store name, purchase/leasedate, (2) the imagePROGRAF TM-300 MFP T36, TM-305 MFP T36, TX-3000 MFP T36, TX-4000 MFP T36 largeformat printer purchased or leased, (3) purchase price or lease terms, as applicable, and (4) the printer name, modeland the serial number of the Replaced Printer. Handwritten invoices or sales history reports will not be accepted.Canon U.S.A., Inc. and/or its agents reserve the right to substantiate claims and/or to request additionalidentification and/or documentation.

5. Resellers/Dealers may submit claims on behalf of their customers. The Reseller/Dealer must pass the full rebateamount to the customer first. The sale or lease documentation must clearly indicate that the credit has been givenup front to the customer as part of the purchase or lease price. This rebate cannot be combined with CSMP credits.

6. Only one rebate per imagePROGRAF Upgrade Printer permitted.

7. For your records, keep copies of all documentation submitted in connection with this offer. All claims and theiraccompanying documents become the property of Canon U.S.A., Inc. and will not be returned.

8. Completion of all fields is mandatory. Incomplete claim forms and supporting documentation that do not comply withthe terms and conditions of this offer will be rejected. Cash value of 1/100 of one cent.

9. Offer valid only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. RebateCheck will only be mailed to a street address (except where prohibited by law) in the 50 United States, the District ofColumbia and Puerto Rico.

10. Void where taxed, restricted or otherwise prohibited by law.

11. Return of an imagePROGRAF Upgrade Printer will disqualify the owner/lessee from this offer and Canon U.S.A.reserves the right to collect any rebate paid on an imagePROGRAF Upgrade Printer that is later returned.

12. Canon U.S.A., Inc. direct and indirect retailers, dealers, and distributors and their owners or operators (in either theirprofessional or individual capacities) are not eligible to participate in this offer.

13. National Account Customers, and any private or governmental entity that currently receives the benefit of negotiatedpricing from Canon U.S.A., Inc., are not eligible to participate in this offer.

14. Canon U.S.A. determination of offer eligibility will be final.

15. Allow 60 days for processing of claim. Rebate checks are void after 90 days if not cashed.

16. Canon U.S.A., Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected or undelivered mail (electronic or otherwise), norfor misprints or typographical errors.
