photos/images. Higher resolutions results in smaller

photos but better image quality. Good quality printing requires 300 ppi

(standard).

when the image is printed. A measurement for printing devices. A printer may put down several dots to

reproduce one pixel. Suitable ppi from image + high dpi from

printer = good quality printed image.
