This image is of a model typically found on a rock magazines They have fit the conventions by making the image dark and putting the model into dark clothes, which serves to blur the models image, so that we can not see the models outline, which goes against the conventions of beauty magazines The way that the model is holding her arm up, acts as a shield preventing the audience from hypothetically touching or communicating with her. 5.
