iMade is an idea that brewed over an extremely overpriced cup of coffee in a cafe in Toronto in the cold month of Jan of the year 2013 A.D. More than the coffee the idea of a
platform that would share artists and creative people's products with the world along with
the thought behind each of the product is what warmed up the atmosphere!

The founder of iMade Ambica Uppal lived in 9 different cities across 3 countries
while growing up and got to experience the beauty of Indian products made with love first hand. It is this beauty that she
wants to share with people all over!

She loves creative things and whenever shopping she loves to be a conscious consumer and buy
something that will encourage someone, motivate someone. Her experience lies in customer and shopper strategy and has worked for Cadbury,
Kraft, Maple Leaf Foods in the past. Ambica has a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from McGill
University, Montreal, Canada.
