Classroom Courses, Canc ellat ion and TransferClassroom courses and their respective exams must be attended within 12months of the date on which they are purchased by the Customer.

The venue and date of the course will be as advised to the Customer at the timeof booking. ILX reserves the right to change the location of the course and willadvise the customer as soon as this change is known. ILX reserves the right tocancel or reschedule any course and will advise the customer as soon as thischange is known. ILX will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of thisnature.

When this is unavoidable ILX will ref und, in f ull, all monies paid by the customer,or at the customer’s option apply all monies to a rescheduled or alternativecourse.

Customer Cancellations and transf ers will only be accepted if made in writingand received at least f our weeks bef ore the start of a classroom course. Wherethe notice to cancel and or transf er is given is less than f our weeks but morethan two weeks, cancellations or transf ers will incur a charge equivalent to 50%of the course f ee. Where cancellations or transf ers are made less than twoweeks to the start of a course, a charge equivalent to 100% of the course f eewill still be payable by the Customer. The Customer accepts that cancellationsand transf ers made with f our weeks or less notice means that ILX will havedif f iculty in f inding a new customer to take the customers place and that theabove f ees represent a real and f air pre-estimate of the costs and loss ofprof its ILX could have made had the customer not cancelled or requested totransf er.

Transf ers beyond this point can be arranged but the Customer will be liable topay a f ee.

In respect of Blended Learning courses containing an e- learning and workshopor exam element, the Customer must attend the workshop and or examelement(s) within the Licence Period. Should the Customer f ail to attend withinthis period then ILX reserves the right to charge the Customer another f ee tobook the workshop and or exam element, which will charged at the market rate(in current).
